Shelly Tretter Lynch


Shelly Tretter Lynch is considered one of the top real estate professionals in Greenwich, Ct.  She joined Compass as a Founding Member of the Greenwich office and will be a Founding Member of the future Palm Beach office. With over 25 years of experience with properties from Backcountry to waterfront communities, she consistently represents some of the finest estates in Greenwich and Fairfield County. Prior to Compass, she was with Sotheby's International Realty as a Senior Global Advisor and top 0.5% of the company worldwide. Shelly has been acknowledged by the Wall Street Journal as one of the Top 50 Agents in the United States for dollar volume, Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America and noted by The Real Deal as one of the top five brokers in Westchester County and in Connecticut for 2017. She is consistently dedicated to customer service, Shelly enjoys working in every facet of real estate with an extensive background in land development, planning and new construction, and investment opportunities. She has formed a global partnership with the top brokers around the world.

Shelly earned her bachelor;s degree in Communication Arts and has conducted graduate work in Film Studies. Shelly is a very active and involved member of several local charitable organizations and sits on a number of charitable boards. She lives in Greenwich with her husband and two children and is a member of the Greenwich Association of Realtors.



Hyleri Katzenberg


is a vibrant and successful entrepreneur, balancing a highly rewarding real estate career with equally impressive achievements in the nonprofit sector, and a prior career as an actress on stage and in television and film. Working both in Fairfield County, Connecticut and South Florida, Katzenberg an aptitude helping match clients with the right property their needs and wants. She been a licensed real estate agent since the age of 18, taking the industry by storm in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, successfully lobbying a residential property on a busy commercial street to be rezoned and then selling it to a corporate buyer 2 and a half times the asking price. That dedication, determination, and perseverance have been her trademarks all along.

Katzenberg is a graduate of UCLA, and cofounded and ran a union-franchised talent agency in Los Angeles with her mother. After her daughter was born with a facial disfigurement, Hyleri founded the Belle Foundation, a national organization dedicated to advancing aid children with vascular deformities. She applied her inherent tenacity and passion to bring media attention to the cause, earning meetings at the White , and effectively shepherding policy changes. In 1994, Katzenberg was honored to meet with Pope John Paul II in the Vatican, as a of the papal commemoration of the holocaust A mother of 2 and stepmother of 5, Hyleri and her husband Marc have lived in Fairfield County since 1997, where she been very involved in the community and local schools while continuing to achieve great results in the luxury real estate market.

In 2016, Hyleri first had the opportunity to lend her talents to buyers and sellers in South Florida when Marc opened the popular Las Olas restaurant B Square. Immediately after securing her Florida licensure, Katzenberg listed and sold 2 luxury oceanfront condos record prices per square foot the building. A real ‘out of the box’ thinker, Hyleri loves a challenge, and loves helping people. Putting her clients first, and applying her considerable talents and expertise, she delivers results and service.
